Working consistently and systematically from a trackable starting point, she will lead you through a programme of manageable but challenging exercises designed completely to YOUR need and current level of ability.

Using her specialist knowledge of weightlifting technique, cardio/plyometric or Crossfit style training, Pilates, Qigong, Mindfulness and Yoga to assist deep structural repair.

Kerry can leave you after each 1 hour session with a plan of exercises to suit your needs and access to equipment, gym (or using bodyweight only). She can give you nutritional support alongside the training in order to achieve your goals quickly and reliably.

– Training individuals 1-1 or couples 2-1 or ask about group training.
– Sessions can take place in person in at Monmouth home-gym, LUDUs gym, in the comfort of your own home, or by online video which can be very convenient.
– Blocks of 4 or 8 sessions available to support you in the process of adaptation and change.
