Your trainer, Kerry McGrath has been a respected Fitness Professional since 1999 and has devoted her life to helping improve the fitness, health and wellbeing of people of all ages, shapes and sizes in a variety of settings. She is a qualified teacher & tutor of the YMCA fitness qualifications. She can help set you on the path to achievement of your goals and help you set them! She’s always ready to offer an encouraging and positive approach at every stage of your journey.
